In 2016 Rachel founded Arizona Repertory Theatre for Kids. San Tan Valley's premier children's theatre. With an elite team ART for Kids produced 17 musicals in 3 years, employed 19 working artists. Providing over 500 opportunities for children to develop their talents, build confidence and friendships. Rachel took on multiple roles, producer, set designer, costumer, choreographer, director, and marketing.
